The local grocery store had a screaming deal on strip steaks. I was lucky enough to find some on a Saturday evening, so I bought them.
And I grilled them yesterday.
And they were delicious!!! Probably the best steaks I have ever had.
If I ever see them on sale again I shall get more, and that's a promise.
